Pete is a Trainer & Coach with Glebewood Consulting, a Boutique Training, Coaching, and Consulting Firm located in the Washington, D.C. area. Glebewood provides its services to both Public and Private Clients with a special focus on Product Management, Human-Centered Design, DevOps, Organizational Design Culture, and Leadership. His focus is designing and implementing company-wide systems for innovation, product management, and software development in both corporate and tech startup environments. 

Pete has 25 years of multi-disciplined industry experience providing clarity to challenging initiatives while delivering results in fast-paced environments, and creating systems that promote data-driven decisions, frequent collaboration, and continuous improvement. He is a CSP-SM, CSP-PO, SPC, and CAL, and has led Agile transformations for companies, government agencies, and nonprofits, including Fannie Mae, USA Today, Nationwide, and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Pete enjoys teaching the Leading SAFe, SAFe DevOps, SAFe for Gov, and PO/PM certification classes and has taught 1000s of students in over 100 classes, with a 97% pass rate and a Net Promoter Score of 9.

He is also co-authoring a book about Human-Centered Product Management called “Shift: From Product to People” and manages the Library of Agile community, home of the Agile Mindset Mapping Index (AMMI).
