Agile Training Benefits
We provide a variety of agile training opportunities. Attendees for each of our public classes are given the option to extend their learning with us through our coaching program. After course completion, attendees are provided three thirty-minute individual coaching sessions which can be used to answer questions for test preparation or help with issues in their daily work. We encourage all attendees to take advantage of this benefit.

The Agile Product Management course harnesses the power of Design Thinking to develop innovative solutions with proven SAFe capabilities to execute on those visions. Learn the right mindset, skills, and tools to create successful products—from inception to retirement—using Agile techniques.
SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) Certification
Gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise and prepares attendees to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization.
SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Certification
Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) is a two-day, interactive course that teaches the practical tools and techniques necessary to implement Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations, and Lean Governance.
SAFe® DevOps (SDP) Certification
A comprehensive overview for understanding the DevOps competencies needed to accelerate time-to-market by improving the flow of value through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Attendees will map the current value stream through their delivery pipeline from idea to cash, and identify practices that will eliminate bottlenecks to flow.
Kanban System Design (KMP I) Certification
Learn the fundamentals of the Kanban Method. Experience Kanban with a simulation game and hands-on exercises to design a Kanban board.
Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP II) Certification
Gain the knowledge necessary for the rollout and daily operation of a Kanban system. Learn how to manage, optimize, scale and evolve it over time.
