Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services

Glebewood is currently supporting the Enterprise Agile Transformation effort within Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This has been a multi-year effort focused on building agile practices and the agile mindset within the Centers and Divisions. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have chosen the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as their primary agile scaling framework. Our consultants and coaches provide guidance for the agency programs as they adopt agile practices.

As a key member of the agile transformation team, we have established an enterprise Agile Community of Practice and have developed customized training courses for Agile Fundamentals, Product Management, and Human-Centered Design. Through this work, we have had the opportunity to support the agency in the adoption of SAFe practices for the Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) and Medicare Enrollment Payment Systems (MEPS) programs.

Glebewood is currently Supporting the Capital Markets Portfolio teams to design their best path through an on-going multi-year Agile Transformation, providing insight and guidance on transformation activities throughout the entire portfolio.

In support for the enterprise transformation Glebewood has worked to establish a cross-program Agile coaching coalition, integrating internal full-time employees and consultants into a Lean/Agile team, employing Agile practices with the rollout of the Agile transformation.
