Lean+Agile Coach

Summary:
We are currently looking for motivated a agilest to strengthen its practice. We are looking for Coaches or Change Agents with the ability to support at the Executive Level through the team level who can help organizations with their Agile transformation and lead teams through their Agile adoption. Candidate must have experience implementing a variety of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, SAFe) across several full lifecycle software development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile transformations within organizations

  • Mentor teams through their Agile adoption

  • Teach and coach teams about Agile engineering best practices

  • Develop and deliver workshops and training for Commercial and Federal Clients

Qualifications:

  • Several years of proven experience in the Agile space as a Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst and/or Developer

  • Project-based experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies Specificly the Scaled Agile Framework

  • Agile engineering experience with expertise in practices such as Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development, and Pair Programming

  • Experience in a scaled Agile environment, (Scrum at Scale or SAFe)

  • Hands-on experience with ALM tools such as Rally, JIRA or similar

  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
